Disneyland
The nachos, potato skins, and pork chop were all from the Lamplight Lounge in California Adventure’s Pixar Pier. The lobster nachos were just as good as they look. It had a decent amount of lobster and a cheesy bechamel sauce that was quite tasty. The potato skins was my favorite of all 3 items. The skin was so crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It was served with a tart garlicky aioli, a peppery aioli, and some fried capers. The al pastor pork chop was juicy and had a flavorful spice to it.
I had to try the Quesa Birria from Cocina Cucamonga located in California Adventure at the Pacific Wharf. These tacos were pretty decent. The consome was flavorful, and the taco shell was very crispy.
