Bonchon

When I crave fried chicken I think of Bonchon. I love this chicken because it is super crunchy and stays crunchy for a long time, even with all that sauce on top. The coating almost makes the texture taste candied in a way. The glaze isn’t overpowering with sweetness. It has a pretty good balance of sweet and savory. I’ve tried all flavors and they are all tasty.
