Taco Love Mobile Catering

I decided to check out this food truck amongst all the other ones at the event at Bay Park for their Birria Tacos. The meat was flavorful from the consommé and very tender. The avocado cream and onions gave the tacos a nice touch. I also ordered the potato taquitos and it ended up being my favorite item. It was topped with a chipotle mayo, salsa verde, crema, cucumber pico de gallo, and cotija. The salsa on the side had a mild heat to it and paired great with the tacos.
